Faqs

  • What is your starting price?
    Our duo prices start at $600. Considered as part of each quote are factors such as: performance/playing time, song and special requests (first dance, ceremony music, etc.), MC services, rehearsal ceremonies and travel time. Feel free to get in touch to get a tailored quote for your event.
  • What songs do you know?
    Lots! Do have a peruse of our song-list, we try and keep it as updated as possible. We know songs to engage and delight all guests young and old. Timeless classics to fresh new tunes. If you cannot find a song you're looking for we can learn them for a small additional fee (just to cover rehearsal time).
  • Do you require a deposit?
    To secure your preferred date, all bookings are required to place a 25% deposit upon initial booking.
  • Can I choose what you play?
    Your sure can! All bookings have the option to customise their playlist. Alternatively, you are more than weclome to give us an idea of what you're after and we can create a playlist that will compliment your event perfectly.
  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    Should you need to cancel your booking we kindly ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible. If cancellations are made 14 days prior to the event, we will be happy to refund your 25% booking deposit. Should the cancellation occur within 14 days of the booking we will be unable to refund the 25% booking deposit.
  • Where are you based?
    Home base is in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne Victoria.
  • Can you travel for events?
    Yes we can, all locations are considered - we are not opposed to warm, white sandy beaches! Please get in contact with us for quotes.
  • Do I need to organise accommodation?
    We will require basic accommodation for events that are further than 2 hours from Melbourne CBD.
  • How far in advance do we need to book to secure our date?
    We are currently taking bookings up to a year in advance. To ensure that you secure your preferred date we ask that you get in touch as soon as possible. We are also pretty good at accomodating last minute bookings, so do get in touch when you have decided.
  • Will you work with a dress code?
    Of course, whatever your dress code requires - formal, casual or costume - we will do our upmost to adhere to make the day utter perfection.
  • How do we pay you?
    Post-event we will email you your inovice which will breakdown all costs of the performance. We do accpet PayPal or Deirect Debit payments. Unfortunetly we cannot accept cash-in-hand payments.
  • What kind of power requirements do you need?
    For events that have no access to power it is best to get in touch. We can organise equiptment such a generators however we will require some extra notice.
  • Can we borrow your microphone for announcements/speeches?
    Of course! We are more than happy to lend our microphone during the booking. We also offer MC services for an additional fee if you want to kill two birds with one stone.
